I’m having problems with brittle damaged hair and am seeking a good liquid-form hair vitamin. I got some tablet form hair vitamins from whole foods, I nearly choked myself even after cutting the pill in half, so I ended up giving the pills to my sister.

Is there any brand out there that makes hair vitamins in a liquid form?

I’ve never heard of any but if they are available the health food shop you got the pills from should be able to help you as you are not alone in having difficulty in swallowing pills.
